Lauren Iaslovits discusses her new role at CEPRES

Following on from the announcement earlier this month that CEPRES has appointed a special advisor to its board, The Drawdown caught up with co-founder and former COO of SunGard Investran’s Lauren Iaslovits about why she chose to leave Investran and what brought her to her new role.

The Drawdown (TDD): Can you describe your time at Investran and when did you choose to leave?

Lauren Iaslovits (LI): I founded Investran in 1999 with my father, Jose Sinai, and we sold the company to SunGard a number of years later. Despite selling, I stayed on to run the business for SunGard. I made the decision to leave about 10 years after I sold the company, in 2015. This is a very long time for a founder to stick around but I loved my business, I loved my customers, my employees, everything.
